Yesterday, the Royal Family celebrated the first birthday of the future King of England, Prince George. At the private party (which we had already talked about it here) had partecipated the closest relatives of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Today, a few hours from the festivities, we have some more details on the Royal Party. The most prominent guest was certainly the great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. The woman arrived at Kensington Palace in the back seat of his car, and she spent 50 minutes with his great-grandson. For the occasion, she wore a dress from fantasy floral and her ever-present pearls around her neck.
Earlier in the day Kate, accompanied by her nanny, Mary Borallo, and a security officer of the police, led George at Buckingham Palace to meet his great-grandfather, Prince Philip, who was unable to attend the party because of work commitments. Notably absent even Prince Charles who, these days, is in Scotland for official duties.
The first guests to arrive at the party were Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, who have entered into the gates of the palace shortly after 3pm on board a Range Rover.
